My December Daily!

A lot of people are talking about December Daily Albums at the moment. If you haven't heard of this yet you may want to check out Ali Edwards blog. Basically it is an album with a page for each day of December.
Now I am not organised, motivated, or even busy enough to want to make one of these albums! And I'm not a fan of mini books either.
But thinking about December Daily Albums has inspired me.
I usually don't have a plan for Christmas...we just make it up as we go along and as our finances permit! But I am inspired now to try to do something 'Christmassy' every day of December...AND to photograph and blog about it!
And so this is my motivation...I have blogged it so I must attempt it! lol

Activities, photos, journalling...I can do that!

OMG!

I am so totally in love!! I have oohed and ahhhhed over Lily Designs for a while now but it just didn't look like my style and I didn't know if I would be able to use her kits. So I never splashed out...until today! I finally took the plunge and bought her 2 latest kits and OMG they are fantastic! I think she may be my new favourite designer!

You have to check out the new kit 'Winter Skating' all of the elements come in a shadowed and reflected version...so when you put them on your page it looks as if they are on ice! Absolutely amazing! And as it is all done for you, plus a few ready to use, clustered elements...it really isn't as hard as I thought it would be to make gorgeous pages!

I'm a Calendar Girl!!

Woohoo!! I am officially a Calendar Girl!!
Which means I am on the CT for Log Your Memory!

I am August in case you are wondering, and no I will not scare anyone with a bikini shot!

So now I want all of my friends, family and dedicated blog readers (I think there may be one of you) to come and have a look at what we do at Log Your Memory!
It's not your usual scrap forum. The focus here is about recording your memories...while you remember them!

My LO 'I always wanted a dollhouse' was chosen for a DST GSO! Thank you to Emma/Ameyasa!



Journalling: I always wanted a dollhouse as a child...but never got one.
I even remember us all driving around one weekend looking at dollhouses from the paper, but none of them came home with us.
Yet I almost feel now that I finally have my dollhouse.
With 4 cute little dolls in it that I can sit and stand and feed and sleep whenever I feel like it!
As they get older and become more independant I have less to do on a day to day basis,
but I am still in control of the dollhouse and my 4 little dolls.
The dollhouse may be messy a lot of the time, and the dolls themselves may fight amongst themselves a lot...
but they are mine and I love them!
